Aerolub K169
Aviation High- and Low-Temperature Grease
Description:
SEIVIO Aerolub K169 Aviation High- and Low-Temperature Grease uses high-viscosity-index PFPE base oil, ultrafine PTFE thickener, polymers and antioxidant, anticorrosion and other additives. It is a specialty wide-temperature grease developed for extreme aviation operating conditions.
Benefits:
- Stable performance across an exceptionally wide temperature range; standard grades can operate from -65°C to 250°C.
- Nonflammable, with no flash point, and stable in high-vacuum and strong-radiation environments.
- Excellent mechanical and colloidal stability resist softening and lubricant loss under high-speed shear.
- Compatible with most metals, rubbers and plastics without corroding components or causing swelling-related failure.
- Excellent load-carrying and antiwear performance; ultrafine PTFE forms a durable film to reduce friction, wear and fretting.
