Aerospace grade ultra-high and low temperature grease

SEIVIO Aerolub P225 aerospace-grade ultra-high and low-temperature grease is refined from PFPE base oil, thickened with nanoscale PTFE, and added with polymers, antioxidants, anti-corrosion and other additives. It is a type of high-performance special grease specially developed for the extreme working conditions of aerospace. It is the core lubricating material to ensure the reliable operation of key components of aircraft and spacecraft.

• It not only ensures smooth cold start of equipment in extremely cold environments at high altitudes, but also avoids carbonization, coking and oil film loss in hot areas of the engine;
• It has excellent anti-radiation and anti-hydrogen embrittlement properties, can withstand long-term irradiation by cosmic rays, and has no obvious performance degradation during the entire service life of the spacecraft;
• The shear stability index is ≤15%, the cone penetration changes little after 10,000 times of shearing, and the pressure drop in the oxidation test is ≤0.05MP.
