Automobile suspension spring grease

It is a newly developed and synthesized two-in-one sealing grease with excellent chemical inertness and oxidation stability. It is an efficient, long-life, safe and excellent-performance grease used in shock absorbers and suspensions in the automotive industry.

• Good compatibility with sealing material rubber and will not cause expansion or contraction;
• The reduced viscosity allows the grease to be at the reflow temperature (backflow) and will not gather at one end;
• Good static sealing and dynamic lubrication with good extreme pressure and wear resistance;
• Excellent horizontal and vertical adhesion to meet the working conditions of the fork wall;
• The oil film thickness is high, which can ensure long-term adhesion to the surface and reduce friction temperature rise.

Especially suitable for rubbers that are sensitive to most greases, such as EPDM, natural rubber, and polyurethane materials. Typical applications include elastic element leaf springs, coil springs, torsion bar springs, air springs and rubber springs in automotive suspension systems.
