Dry Screw Vacuum Pump Bearing Grease

SEIVIO Braolub K266 Dry Screw Vacuum Pump Bearing Grease is formulated with low-vapor-pressure linear PFPE base oil and ultrafine nanoscale PTFE thickener. It is designed for main, support and gearbox-side bearings in dry screw vacuum pumps. Optimized for high vacuum, high rotational speeds and oil-contamination-free operation, it supports long, stable equipment operating cycles.

• Excellent gas-tightness, lubricity, chemical stability and mechanical stability.
• Durable at high temperatures and through temperature changes, maintaining stable torque over long periods.
• Strong adhesion resists throw-off and creep, avoiding migration into pump chambers, screws or pumped media.
• Good stability resists oxidation, carbonization and sludge formation that can seize bearings.
• Low volatility in vacuum limits the transfer of light fractions into vacuum chambers and contamination of semiconductors or coatings.
• Compatible with oil seals, various plastics and elastomers without causing aging or rupture.

For high-cleanliness vacuum pumping systems used in PVD/CVD, wafer drying and semiconductor, photovoltaic and LED production.
