Special grease for CO₂ compressor bearings

It is a newly developed and highly efficient synthetic two-in-one bearing sealing grease, designed for soft sealing and lubrication of eccentric bearings in compressors with corrosive gas media.

• Has excellent air tightness, lubricity, chemical stability and mechanical stability;
• High temperature, durable in temperature changing environment, can maintain stable torque for a long time;
• The performance is stable during long-term use and does not chemically react with the gas source;
• Contains special additives to resist the drying effect produced by various gas media;
• Compatible with oil seals, compatible with a variety of plastics and elastomers, and will not cause aging or bursting effects.

For various types of gas compressors or other harsh environments, cylinder piston eccentric bearings and connecting rod needle roller bearings are specially used, such as: methane compressor, carbon dioxide compressor, butane compressor, natural gas compressor, nitrogen booster pump, chlorine booster pump, oxygen booster pump, air booster pump (CH4, C4H6, CO, CO2, H2, H2O, N2 and other gases).
