Braolube R613
Needle roller bearing grease
Description:
It is refined from a fully synthetic mixed base oil, using special polymers as thickeners, and adding solid nano-lubricant materials, rust inhibitors, anti-wear and other additives.
Benefits:
- Needle roller bearings use small cylindrical rollers, called needle rollers, to reduce friction between moving parts. The needle roller is the load-bearing component of the needle roller bearing. They are located between two races, between a single race and the shaft, or between the shaft and the housing, depending on the bearing design. Most radial needle roller bearings are designed to withstand axial forces exceeding 5% of the radial load. Those used in radial applications have rollers that are parallel to the axis. Thrust bearings, bearings used for axial loads, contain a shaft that is perpendicular to the shaft and that extends from the radial direction, so needle roller bearings all require special lubricants to dissipate heat and reduce friction.
