Screw compressor bearing grease

It is a high-temperature, high-speed and long-life lubricating grease developed and refined using patented technology using a special mixed base oil, polymer thickening additives, and various additives such as antioxidant, anti-rust, and anti-corrosion. It is widely used in long-term high-temperature and slightly corrosive situations.

• Has excellent air tightness, lubricity, chemical stability and mechanical stability;
• Special thickeners and additives provide unparalleled shear stability;
• Relatively low base oil viscosity and low starting torque can prevent temperature rise at high speeds;
• Compatible with general sealing materials to avoid the need to replace the gasket due to the influence of grease.

It is mainly used for the support bearings of twin-screw compressors, skeleton oil seals and mixed lubrication of synchronous reduction gearboxes, and is used in various types of gas compressors, screw vacuum pumps, and cylinder piston eccentric bearings.
