Low-Speed Heavy-Duty Flat Bearing Grease

It is refined from fully synthetic insoluble high-temperature resistant base oil, using special polymers as thickeners and various additives such as rust inhibitors and anti-wear properties. Developed to withstand impact loads and wear, prevent vibration, swing corrosion and extend lubrication life.

• Unique resistance to high temperature thermal radiation, does not dissolve or carbonize, reducing oiling and maintenance times;
• It can still effectively protect bearings under strong vibration conditions;
• Special additives give it excellent extreme pressure resistance;
• No dropping point, good adhesion, less leakage at high temperatures, excellent antioxidant stability;
• Can automatically form a sealing layer to block the intrusion of water and dust pollutants;
• There will be no spillage of powdery materials;
• Good adhesion and will not be lost under impact load, extreme pressure, centrifugal force.

It is used for rolling bearings with oscillation, vibration and relatively low speed, double row rollers and double row ball bearings, plane bearings, etc. for equipment working under high temperature, low speed and heavy load conditions.
