High speed extreme pressure anti-wear and anti-seismic bearing grease

It is a newly developed generation of long-lasting thixotropic bearing grease, which is refined from a mixed patented base oil and a variety of additives such as unique polymers and metal anti-wear ions. Special additives provide protection against frictional corrosion in boundary friction areas, combining high pressure performance with corrosion resistance.

• It has unique thixotropy, no loss, no coking and no carbon deposits at high temperatures;
• Can withstand large axial and radial loads and overturning moments, reducing bearing vibration;
• Under high temperature and high speed, grease will not disperse or be thrown out, and has good resistance to fretting corrosion;
• It can form a stable lubricating oil film and anti-wear protective layer in the bearing raceway;
• Extreme pressure and wear resistance, strong adhesion, and will not soften or flow out during high-speed operation.

It is used for rolling bearings with oscillation, vibration and relatively low speed, bearings with poor sealing and slow speed or large bearing clearance, and tapered roller bearings, needle roller bearings and NU series bearings with good sealing and fast speed with an inner diameter of less than 60 m, such as: medium and large motor bearings, air pump bearings, compressor bearings, high-speed rail traction motors, vibrating screen bearings, floor grinder bearings, vibration motor bearings.
