It uses mixed base oil, special additives, solid lubricants, and fiber reinforced materials. It is specially developed for the Hooke hinge (or spherical hinge) clearance of the parallel motion platform connection mechanism and the sliding friction between it and the connecting rod. Used for lubrication of ball joints/ball hinge bearings/universal joints, etc. The spherical hinge is a space connecting hinge, which consists of two parts, a ball and a spherical shell. This hinge only allows the two parts to rotate relative to each other around a common spherical center, limiting their relative movement in three directions. The engineering background of ball hinges is ball bearings, fixed ball hinge bearings, etc. The constraining force of the support on the ball component passes through the center of the ball, and the undetermined constraining force can be replaced by three mutually perpendicular components. A constraint in which a non-free body is fixed to its constraining body is called a fixed-end constraint. Common ones include walls facing cantilevers, floors facing large dams, etc. The fixed end constraint prevents the non-free body from moving or rotating in any direction.
