Satellite attitude control bearing grease

SEIVIO Braolub M603 satellite attitude control bearing grease uses perfluoropolyether (PFPE) as the base oil and ultra-fine PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) as the thickener. It is a special space grease specially used for satellite attitude control system bearings (most typically momentum wheel/reaction wheel bearings and gyro bearings).

• ‌The saturated vapor pressure under vacuum is ≤10-⁷Pa, and there will be no obvious volatilization contamination of optical devices during long-term operation in orbit;
• It can maintain stable shape in the temperature difference cycle of -65℃~200℃ without solidification or loss;
• The friction coefficient is stably controlled within 0.05, and the amount of fretting wear is extremely low;
• ‌It has excellent resistance to space particle radiation and atomic oxygen erosion, and will not age or deteriorate due to space radiation.
