High-Speed Rotor-Spinning Bearing Grease

SEIVIO Braolube B485 air spinning high-speed bearing grease is formulated with fully synthetic special base oil, complex soap thickening, and a unique polymer system. It is a special long-life synthetic grease specially developed for the high-speed bearings of the rotor/spinning cup of air-jet spinning machines (rotor spinning). It is a special ultra-high-speed bearing grease for textiles. It is mainly used for the rotor bearings, the core rotating component of air-jet spinning machines.

• It has strong anti-shear stability, high-speed continuous shearing, and the grease structure is not easy to be damaged or lost;
• Low viscosity base oil, low friction and low temperature rise, reducing bearing heating;
• The colloid has good stability and can control the amount of oil separation to avoid oil leakage from contaminating cotton slivers and yarns.
