Thrust spherical bearing grease

SEIVIO Braolub G685 thrust spherical bearing grease is formulated with a fully synthetic special base oil, complex soap thickening, and a unique polymer system. It is a special grease specially used for thrust spherical bearings (GX series, spherical sliding bearings that bear axial heavy loads and swing/small tilt movements).

• High extreme pressure and anti-wear, the oil film between the spherical surfaces is not easily crushed, preventing metal scratches and seizure;
• Resistance to fretting wear and micropitting (the most common failure form of spherical bearings);
• Strong adhesion: not easily squeezed out of the bearing spherical friction surface under heavy load extrusion;
• Anti-rust, water-resistant, good mechanical stability, not easy to thin out and lose under vibration.

Widely used in engineering machinery: hydraulic excavator stick/boom thrust joint; energy field: wind power yaw/pitch bearing thrust part, hydraulic turbine guide vane thrust bearing, metallurgical mining: ball mill rotary kiln spindle thrust seat, continuous caster rolling mill thrust positioning bearing, port equipment: crane, stacker and reclaimer large thrust joint.
