Caster bearing grease

SEIVIOBraolub T175 caster bearing grease is formulated with a fully synthetic special base oil, thickened with complex soap base, and a unique polymer system. ‌It is a high-performance special grease customized for industrial casters, AGV/AMR casters, logistics conveyor line casters and other components. It is specially designed to solve bearing wear, jamming, abnormal noise, etc. under extreme working conditions such as heavy-load impact, high-frequency swing, fretting corrosion, etc.

• It has strong impact load resistance and can still maintain a complete oil film under heavy loads of several tons in an instant;
• Exclusive anti-fretting corrosion formula can inhibit false Bollinger pits produced when casters turn and bump;
• Excellent shear stability, long-term frequent steering, minimal change in consistency after impact, and no softening or extrusion;
• It is fully compatible with commonly used sealing materials for casters such as nitrile rubber and polyurethane, and has no swelling and corrosion problems.
