Multipurpose grease for underground equipment

SEIVIO Fieldlub LT20 multi-purpose grease for downhole equipment is made of a specially formulated complex thickened fully synthetic base oil, with a lithium-based thickener, taking into account both adhesion and high and low temperature stability. It is a special grease customized for extreme underground working conditions such as oil and gas drilling and coal mining. It is based on complex thickened synthetic oil and refined with anti-wear, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and other additives. It can be adapted to the different lubrication needs of multiple types of underground equipment at the same time and solve the pain points of equipment wear, rust, and stuck in complex environments such as high temperature, high pressure, high humidity, high corrosion, and heavy load impact.

• Excellent waterproof properties, it will not be washed away even under high steam pressure and boiling water;
• It can maintain good shear resistance, stability and durability under extremely high pressure and high temperature environments;
• Reduces the corrosive effects of acids, corrosives, salt water and hydrogen sulfide (H2S);
• Reduces the corrosive effects of hydrogen sulfide and the effects of water dripping and splashing at the well site;

Suitable for drilling equipment, and downhole tools, valves for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and water injection systems in the oil and gas industry, sour gas production and distribution in natural gas plants, and valve internal parts used in LPG and water injection systems for the oil and gas industry.
