High performance shaft grease

SEIVIO Rotalub B239 high-performance rotating shaft grease is newly developed and refined using non-diffusion oil as base oil and a special thickener. It is specially developed for the sliding friction between plastic and metal of electronic products. It is a special grease customized for the rotating/oscillating friction interfaces of various types of shafts, hinges, etc. It mainly solves pain points such as fretting wear, abnormal noise, grease loss and multi-material compatibility, ensuring long-term and stable operation of the shaft.

• It is advantageous to form an oil film on the rotating surface to alleviate surface stress and extend rolling fatigue life;
• Extremely low friction coefficient, long-term friction reduction and elimination of abnormal operating noise, the wear mark diameter can be as low as 0.45mm;
• Good compatibility with most engineering plastics, elastomers, and metals, and does not contain silicone;
• The torque changes little with temperature, and the torque attenuation is small after repeated opening and closing tens of thousands of times;
• The viscous resistance is low and the fluctuation of operating resistance is also low. Therefore, the long-term operating torque is stable;
• Low grease diffusion ensures no contamination of other components.
