Pneumatic high speed rotary joint grease

SEIVIO Cuszlub R428 pneumatic high-speed rotary joint grease is made of high-performance fully synthetic base oil, added with various additives such as antioxidants and anti-rust agents, and thickened with a special soap base. It is a special grease customized for the working conditions of pneumatic high-speed rotary joints. It can solve the friction temperature rise, seal aging and easy loss of grease under the high-speed operation of such components.

• Significantly reduces starting and running friction resistance, effectively suppressing abnormal temperature rise caused by high-speed rotation;
• It has good compatibility with rubber O-rings, does not cause shrinkage or expansion of seals, and avoids leakage of pneumatic circuits;
• With strong adhesion and shear resistance, it can still form a stable oil film on the friction surface under high-speed rotation conditions.

Suitable for machine tool pneumatic high-speed chucks, pneumatic rotary joints, automation equipment, robot pneumatic rotary joints, dynamic friction pairs between cylinder pistons, O-rings and valve sleeves, and high-speed rotary sealing parts that transport compressed air.
