SEIVIOCuszlub L557 special grease for couplingsIt uses fully synthetic base oil，Compound soap thickener, formulated with ionic polymers, antioxidants, anti-rust, and extreme pressure additives. It is a special semi-solid lubricating material specially customized for industrial flexible couplings (tooth type, grid type, snake spring type, elastomer type, etc.). It mainly solves the problems of friction and wear, grease shedding, rust and corrosion of couplings under high torque, impact load, high-speed centrifugal working conditions, and ensures the long-term stable operation of the transmission system.

• ‌Form an oil film on the metal meshing surface to isolate water vapor and dust and prevent shaft sleeves and gears from rusting;
• Fills the coupling gap, absorbs impact loads, and alleviates vibrations caused by starting, stopping, and changing loads;
• The separation rate is ≤2%, and the oil film remains intact under thousands of g of centrifugal force;
• Avoid tooth surface gluing and pitting under high impact loads.

It is widely suitable for gear couplings, grid couplings in the fields of metallurgy, mining, petrochemicals, wind power, etc., port hoisting, snake spring/elastic couplings in the papermaking drying section, high impact load conditions, high-speed test benches, turbine auxiliary transmissions, and precision couplings for generator sets.
