SEIVIOCuszlub M146 tire vulcanization active mold high temperature greaseIt is made of fully synthetic base oil, thickened with special polymer, and added with various functional additives such as extreme pressure anti-wear, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and so on. It is a special high-temperature long-lasting grease customized for the extreme working conditions of active molds in tire vulcanizers. It is specially designed to solve the problem of molds in180-220℃ high temperature, high pressure, steam erosion, high surface pressure and heavy load, frequent opening and closing, sliding/guide friction pair lubrication, anti-jamming, anti-carbon deposition, and accuracy issues under the corrosion of vulcanized media.

• Resistant to high temperatures, no loss, less carbon deposits, no softening or dripping, and not easy to form hard coke;
• Prevent the slider and guide surface from high-temperature sintering and mold jamming, ensuring smooth opening and closing of the mold;
• Resistant to steam/hydrolysis and stable, vulcanized with a large amount of high-temperature steam erosion, non-emulsifying, and strong adhesion;
• Heavy-duty extreme pressure anti-wear, prevents metal adhesion, pitting corrosion, fretting wear, and avoids stuck mold shutdown.

Radial tire flexible mold (rows, buckles, sliders, guide posts, screws, inclined tops, corners and other parts that are easily sintered). There are parts that are resistant to water, long-term high temperatures, acid and alkali, and friction. Flexible die radial slider, guide ring, cone guide surface, base slide plate, positioning pin, inclined wedge, opening and closing sliding friction pair.
