 SEIVIO Cuszlub Z360 special grease for hot melt drills It is a highly viscous white paste made of fully synthetic base oil, liquid ionic polymer, anti-oxidant, anti-rust and other additives, and is manufactured through a special process. It is guaranteed to work in extreme environments from -20°C to +1150°C.

• When the hot melt drill is working, it instantly generates high temperatures above 600°C and produces wear effects (adhesive wear, abrasive wear, chemical reactions and fatigue effects, etc.). During high-speed and high-temperature operations, the special hot-melt paste can form a high-temperature lubricating colloid film on the surface of the hot-melt drill bit, reducing the high-temperature softening wear of the hot-melt drill bit and improving the hardness of the hot-melt drill bit. The specially formulated lubricating paste extends the service life of the drill bit, improves the quality of the cylinder's inner surface, and produces a clean and satisfactory edge shape. It can reduce the accumulation of processing materials on the hot melt drill bit and ensure the smoothness of the drilling bushing, which can effectively extend the service life of the tool. Equipped with special lubricating oil and oil filling device, suitable for use with CNC machining centers. How to use hot melt paste: Apply once every 2-5 holes drilled for ordinary carbon steel, once for every hole drilled for stainless steel. Hot melt paste is required to be applied to the working part of the hot melt drill bit.
