It is specially designed to solve core pain points such as wear, force attenuation, and low-temperature jamming in the high-frequency sliding friction scenario of overlapping steel belts.。

• Under high surface pressure, the static/dynamic friction coefficient can be as low as μ<0.08~0.12, forming a strong solid-liquid composite boundary film, completely avoiding the "stick-slip" phenomenon, and ensuring that the spring output force/torque is smooth and stable throughout the entire process;
• Under high-frequency fretting conditions of the steel strip, a dense chemical protective layer is formed on the metal surface to inhibit pitting corrosion, hydrogen embrittlement and micro-crack expansion;
• It can be firmly attached to the surface of the smooth metal reed, and will not be thrown away and lost when rebounding at high speed, and will continue to maintain a lubricated state;
• When the steel plate base material is rolled or stretched to generate friction, the grease can still remain in the groove without disappearing, providing lubrication to avoid scratches on the surface and making noise.
