Spline shaft grease

SEIVIOCuszlub Z134 spline shaft greaseIt is made by thickening synthetic oil with excellent heat resistance using a special lithium soap thickener, and adding various additives such as antioxidant and anti-corrosion and refined through a special process. It is a special high-performance grease customized for spline transmission components, specifically solving the core pain points of spline shafts such as wear, fretting corrosion, and high-temperature spin-off when transmitting torque and bearing compound loads.

• Anti-friction and anti-wear‌, form a stable lubricating film between the spline tooth surface and the mating parts to avoid direct metal contact, reduce friction loss and improve transmission efficiency;
• Temperature control and heat dissipation, absorbing friction heat generated by high-speed operation, preventing components from overheating and sintering, and ensuring operational stability;
• Anti-rust and anti-corrosion, forming a dense protective layer on the metal surface, isolating moisture, oxygen and corrosive media, and resisting erosion in humid or salt spray environments;
• Anti-fretting damage‌, solid lubricating components are used to fill micron-level fretting gaps to avoid oxidative wear and fatigue cracks on the tooth surface caused by accumulation of wear debris.
