Connector grease

SEIVIOSeivio Cuszlub K128 Connector Grease It is made by thickening synthetic oil with excellent heat resistance using a special lithium soap thickener, and adding various additives such as antioxidant and anti-corrosion and refined through a special process. A functional film is formed on the contact surface between the metal terminals of the connector and the plastic shell. This film is like an "invisible shield" that ensures the smooth transmission of current or signals while providing multiple protections for the precise connection interface, thus significantly improving the service life of the connector and the reliability of the overall system. It is widely used in automobiles, new energy, consumer electronics, industrial automation and communication equipment and other fields.

• Excellent lubrication and anti-wear properties;
• Reduce plugging and unplugging force: It can significantly reduce the friction of the connector during the plugging and unplugging process, making the operation smoother and reducing physical damage caused by excessive force. It is especially suitable for connectors with multiple pins or small spaces;
• Suppression of fretting wear: This is one of its most critical properties. Vibration or temperature changes during equipment operation can cause micron-level micro-displacements (fretting) inside the connector, leading to wear of the metal plating. As a buffer layer, grease can effectively absorb vibration energy and prevent direct metal contact, thereby avoiding the accumulation of metal oxides due to wear and maintaining low and stable contact resistance;

• Anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation: It can form a dense protective film on the surface of metal terminals, effectively isolate oxygen, moisture, salt spray and corrosive substances in the industrial atmosphere, and prevent metal from rusting, oxidizing or electrochemical corrosion;
• Auxiliary sealing: It has good hydrophobicity and can fill the tiny gaps at the connector interface to prevent the intrusion of dust, water vapor and other pollutants, function as an auxiliary seal, and reduce the risk of short circuit or leakage;

• High insulation: Most connector greases have excellent electrical insulation (high dielectric strength), which can effectively prevent leakage and short circuits between wire harnesses or between terminals and shells, ensuring the safety of electrical systems;
• Stable contact resistance: By preventing contact oxidation and fretting wear, grease can ensure that the contact resistance remains stable for a long time, avoiding unstable signal transmission, heating and even "hot spot" failure caused by resistance fluctuations or increases;

• Material compatibility: It must be long-term compatible with various materials commonly used in connectors (such as PA66, PBT and other plastics and copper, tin plating, gold plating and other metals), and will not cause plastic swelling, cracking or metal corrosion;
• Wide temperature range operation: It can adapt to a wide temperature range from extremely cold (such as -40℃) to high temperature (such as above 150℃). It is not easy to volatilize and lose at high temperatures and does not solidify at low temperatures, ensuring stable performance in various harsh environments.
