SEIVIOCuszlub G133 Actuator Motor GreaseIt is made of high-performance fully synthetic base oil, added with various additives such as antioxidants and anti-rust agents, and thickened with a special soap base. It is a special functional lubricating material specially customized for core friction parts such as gears and screws of electric push rods. It can specifically solve problems such as wear, noise, and corrosion during push rod operation, and ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.

• It is resistant to extreme pressure and wear, has strong load-bearing capacity, can withstand high load and impact load working conditions of the push rod, and reduces the mechanical loss of gears and screws;
• Noise reduction and adhesion can effectively reduce transmission noise. The grease has strong adhesion and is not easily thrown off or squeezed out of the friction surface, achieving long-term lubrication;
• Avoid crawling and shaking during low-speed reciprocating motion to ensure smooth expansion and contraction of the push rod;
• At high speed, the friction resistance is small, which can provide a lower friction coefficient and avoid excessive temperature rise;
• An oil film is formed on the meshing surfaces of the screw and gear to reduce friction and wear of parts.
