It is a high-performance special grease customized for the extreme working conditions of high-pressure piston pumps. It mainly solves the lubrication failure problems under combined working conditions such as ultra-high pressure impact, high-frequency reciprocation, and fretting corrosion.

• The exclusive anti-friction and corrosion system can inhibit fretting rust powder and micro-cracks on the valve plate and bearing raceway;
• Resistant to erosion by hydraulic oil, metal dust, and trace amounts of water, and fully compatible with pump sealing materials such as fluorine rubber and nitrile rubber;
• The consistency changes very little after long-term high shear, does not soften the extrusion, does not harden and fail, and is suitable for frequent starts and stops of the plunger pump;
• Fill the tiny gap between the plunger and the packing to reduce media leakage and prevent water and impurities from entering the friction pair.
