SEIVIO  Cuszlub F386 special grease for ball rotary jointsIt is made of special thickener, fully synthetic base oil, and is refined with various additives such as antioxidant and anti-corrosion. It is a special grease customized for the spherical friction pair and sealing end face of spherical structure rotating joints. It mainly solves the industry pain points such as spherical sliding wear, high temperature coking and coking, medium erosion and leakage, and achieves the dual functions of long-term lubrication and auxiliary sealing.

• Adaptable to the combined movement of spherical sliding and swinging, it can withstand the specific pressure of the contact surface and prevent spherical surface strain;
• It is not easily squeezed out when rotating and swinging, will not quickly become thinned and lost, and maintains the oil film;
• Resistant to media and water washout: not easily washed away when exposed to water, steam, and thermal oil, and anti-rust and anti-corrosion;
• Extremely low friction coefficient, continuously forming a stable oil film during the high-frequency reciprocating motion of the piston;
• It is compatible with rubber and fluorine rubber sealing rings in joints and will not swell or corrode seals.

It is used for high-temperature heat transfer oil rotary joints with spherical structures. It can also cover the mechanical seal pair, heat transfer oil pump friction surface, rotating dynamic and static rings, and spherical spherical pair structure rotary joints (swivel joints) under water/steam/corrosive medium conditions. It takes into account spherical sliding friction lubrication, auxiliary sealing, medium resistance, and anti-deflection swing. It is used for the inner spherical friction pair and sealing parts of spherical rotary joints for transporting water, steam, heat transfer oil and other fluids.
