Printer fixing film grease

SEIVIO  Cuszlub R159 printer fixing film greaseis made ofPTFE thickener PFPE is a base oil, and is refined by adding various additives such as antioxidant and anti-corrosion. It is a "high-temperature special fluorine grease" specially designed for the sliding friction interface of the fixing film in the fixing assembly of laser printers and copiers. It mainly solves the problems of wear, jamming, and wrinkles of the fixing film under long-term high-temperature and high-speed working conditions.

• An oil film is formed on the inner wall of the ceramic sheet and the fixing film, allowing the fixing film to rotate smoothly and eliminating abnormal noise;
• It is not easy to volatilize, scorch and turn black under high temperature, and will not stick to toner to cause black printing lines and dirty spots;
• It has extremely low evaporation loss and has excellent extreme pressure, anti-wear, water/acid-alkali flushing capabilities;
• Fully compatible with mainstream materials such as polyimide fixing film, fluorine coating, and silicone rubber pressure roller.
