Special precision grease designed for the flexible hinge/guide mechanism and tiny sliding pairs of piezoelectric ceramic (PZT) nano-positioning platforms. The core guarantees the positioning accuracy, response speed and long-term stability of the platform under ultra-high frequency micro-amplitude reciprocating motion.

 

• It has strong shear stability, and the consistency changes and oil loss are small under millions of high-frequency micro-movements;
• An extremely thin oil film is formed on the micro-sliding contact surface to reduce fretting friction and improve positioning linearity;
• Low pollution, low volatility: low precipitation, low dust generation, low vapor pressure;
• Anti-fretting wear, suppress vibration and resonance, improve step response and avoid oscillation;
• Significantly reduces motion hysteresis and ensures the response synchronization of the platform's nanoscale displacement;
• The evaporation loss is low and the evaporation does not pollute the optical components, piezoelectric ceramic sheets and sensors inside the platform.

It is suitable for nano-positioning equipment such as piezoelectric nano-positioning stages, piezoelectric objective lens positioners, scanning probe microscope (SPM) stages, interferometers, semiconductor photolithography alignment, and optical fiber core alignment.
