High temperature and high speed motor bearing grease

SEIVIO Elmalub Y262 high-temperature and high-speed motor bearing grease is a special grease specially developed for the high-temperature and high-speed extreme working conditions of motor bearings. It is refined from synthetic base oil with high-performance thickeners such as polyurea-based and lithium complex-based, and added with extreme pressure anti-wear, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and other functional additives. It can provide long-term and stable lubrication protection for bearings under harsh conditions and avoid problems such as wear, stuck, and premature failure of bearings due to high-temperature and high-speed operation.

• It is resistant to high temperatures, not prone to coking and loss, has strong oxidation resistance, is not prone to carbon deposits, and avoids bearing jamming;
• Excellent high-speed stability, strong anti-centrifugal throw-out ability, suitable for high DN value bearings, and can control bearing temperature rise;
• Long service life, slow oxidation rate, long-term lubrication, extended grease refilling and maintenance cycles;
• Low friction, noise reduction and vibration reduction, low friction coefficient, which can reduce motor operating noise and reduce bearing wear;
• Good anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties, can form a protective film on the bearing surface to resist water vapor and prevent bearing rust;
• Appropriate mechanical stability, high-speed continuous shearing is not easy to thin, and the liposome structure is kept stable;
• Sealing protection can prevent dust and impurities from entering the inside of the bearing and protect the rolling elements.
