Screw vacuum pump gearbox grease

SEIVIO Gealub L188 screw vacuum pump gearbox grease is made of fully synthetic base oil, compound soap machine thickener, and anti-oxidation, anti-wear and other additives through a special process. It is a special high-performance grease customized for the synchronous gearbox, the core transmission component of the screw vacuum pump. It solves the pain points of precise synchronization, low volatile pollution and long-term lubrication under high vacuum and high-speed meshing conditions, and directly determines the ultimate vacuum degree, operating stability and overall machine life of the pump.

• It is not easily thrown off the tooth surface by centrifugal force under high-speed rotation, and can continue to adhere to the bevel gear cone surface;
• Noise reduction and vibration reduction, buffering gear meshing impact, reducing milling head operating noise;
• Very soft, with good reflow properties and metal affinity;
• Can form a tough chemical reaction protective film under extremely high contact stress on gears;
