Special grease for universal milling head spiral bevel gears

SEIVIO Gealub N008 special grease for universal milling head spiral bevel gears is made of fully synthetic base oil, compound aluminum soap thickener, and anti-oxidation, anti-wear and other additives through a special process. It becomes thinner as the shear speed of the gear increases and thickens as the shear speed decreases. Unique splash lubrication, with a circumferential speed of 5 meters/second, has strong adsorption force, can form a relatively strong oil film, and can withstand high working loads, which can effectively avoid dry friction between tooth surfaces and extend the service life of the gear. Grease specially used for the internal spiral bevel gear pair of the universal/right-angle milling head (angle head) of the machining center.

• It is not easily thrown off the tooth surface by centrifugal force under high-speed rotation, and can continue to adhere to the bevel gear cone surface;
• Noise reduction and vibration reduction, buffering gear meshing impact, reducing milling head operating noise;
• Very soft, with good reflow properties and metal affinity;
