High temperature, low speed and heavy load bearing grease

SEIVIO Hitalub P019 high temperature low speed heavy load bearing grease It is refined using special polymers as thickeners and various additives such as rust inhibitors and anti-wear properties. Developed to withstand impact loads and wear, prevent vibration, swing corrosion and extend lubrication life.

• It can form a high-strength oil film to reduce friction under the boundary lubrication state caused by low speed and heavy load;
• Under the action of continuous heavy-load shear, the consistency changes little, and there will be no obvious softening or thinning problems;
• High drop rate, good adhesion, less leakage at high temperature, excellent antioxidant stability;
• It can automatically form a sealing layer to block the intrusion of water and dust pollutants, and no powdery materials will spill out;
• Good adhesion and will not be lost under impact load, extreme pressure, centrifugal force.

It is used for rolling bearings with oscillation, vibration and relatively low speed, double-row roller and double-row ball bearings for equipment working under high temperature, low speed and heavy load, mixers, low-speed centrifuges and other machines.
