Low volatile grease for optical components

SEIVIO Lovolub 5112 low-volatile grease for optical components is a linear perfluoropolyether oil with extremely low friction coefficient, thickened with ultra-fine nanoscale PTFE, and refined with special anti-corrosion additives.

• Extremely wide operating temperature, ultra-low low temperature characteristics and high temperature and low volatility;
• The base oil has moderate viscosity, meets the torque requirements of precision instruments, and has low diffusivity;
• The consistency changes very little with temperature, the volatility is extremely low, and the service life is extremely long;
• Low volatility to prevent vaporized molecules from contaminating extremely sensitive precision instruments and lenses;
• Excellent "anti-mildew" performance, which will not affect the product due to the growth of microorganisms;
• Resistant to water, acid and alkali, and can prevent contamination from dust and other dirt.

It is mainly used in optical products, optical instruments, semiconductors and medical device imaging system components, and the folding parts, rotary shaft parts, sliding parts, cam structures, guide rails, guide posts, screw rods, bearings, and rubber O-rings of precision machine parts.
