SEIVIO Lovolub D119 lidar grease usesLinear perfluoropolyether oil with extremely low friction coefficient,It is made of ultra-fine nanoscale PTFE thickened and added with special anti-corrosion additives. It is a special precision grease specially used for the internal precision motion mechanism of mechanical/rotary mirror lidar.。

• Ensure scanning angle accuracy and uniformity to avoid point cloud distortion caused by jitter‌;
• Prevent grease volatiles from depositing in optically sensitive parts such as laser windows and APD arrays;
• Extremely low oil separation, low vapor pressure, anti-crawling: base oil will not precipitate;
• Clean and free of impurities: no large solid particles to avoid scratching precision threads or contaminating the light path;
• Completely compatible with fluorine rubber, PEEK/POM engineering plastics, and optical coatings, and does not corrode.
