SEIVIO Lovolub M443 special grease for variable focus laser beam expandersIt is a linear perfluoropolyether oil with extremely low friction coefficient.It is made of ultra-fine nanoscale PTFE thickened and added with special anti-corrosion additives. It is a special optical grease customized for the precision adjustment mechanism of the laser beam expander. Its core function is to ensure the low-damping and smooth operation of the focusing thread, sliding guide rail and other components without contaminating the optical lens at all, and maintain the beam collimation accuracy of the beam expander for a long time.

• Extremely low volatility and zero migration‌;
• Low diffusion anti-creeping oil‌: 25℃/72h diffusion distance ≤5mm, oil film has strong localization;
• Lubrication and anti-friction: Reduce wear when the lens barrel thread and sleeve slide, ensuring smooth magnification adjustment;
• Clean and free of impurities: no large solid particles to avoid scratching precision threads or contaminating the light path;
• It will not crack in high-temperature environments above 200°C, and has no carbon deposits or harmful particles.

It mainly uses lifelong lubrication of the focusing thread, lens sliding guide rail, handwheel adjustment mechanism and other parts of the variable-focus laser beam expander, which not only ensures an even and smooth adjustment feel, but also completely eliminates the problem of beam quality degradation caused by ordinary grease volatilization and contamination of the lens.
