Precision linear bearing grease

SEIVIOLswdlub B153 precision linear bearing grease is made of high-performance base oil, thickened with a special soap-based thickener, and added with various additives such as antioxidant and anti-corrosion through a special process. It is a semi-solid lubricating material specially designed for linear motion systems (such as linear guides, ball screws, linear bearings, etc.). It forms a tough fluid film between the balls and raceways of linear bearings, which plays a key role in reducing friction, reducing wear, dissipating heat, and providing anti-rust sealing.

• The resistance at the start-up moment is small and the movement process is smooth, which can effectively eliminate the "crawling phenomenon" that may occur during low-speed movement;
• Under reciprocating high-frequency shearing, it will not become thinned and lost quickly, and the grease will stay in the ball circulation track;
• Anti-fretting wear, prevent pitting and rust on the raceway during small reciprocating strokes and static fretting;
• Reduce motion stuck and crawling phenomena, reduce operating noise and vibration, and ensure the accuracy and stability of linear transmission.
