Special grease for linear modules

SEIVIOLswdlub H221 linear module special grease is made of semi-synthetic base oil, thickened with special polymer, and added with extreme pressure anti-wear, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and other functional additives. It is specially used for reciprocating linear motion mechanical element slide rails.

• The original grease structure can be restored after cooling from a temperature close to the dropping point;
• Little change in cone penetration (ASTM D 217) or consistency after 100,000 strokes;
• It has excellent mechanical stability and significant anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties;
• The structure is stable, the viscosity does not change much with temperature, and can provide stable torque;
• Can reduce friction running noise, especially in turning curve sections;
• The special process has lower high-temperature volatilization characteristics and a lower friction coefficient.
