Conductive perfluoropolyether grease

SEIVIO Perflub C180 conductive perfluoropolyether grease is a conductive grease refined and formulated from perfluorinated (PFPE) base oil, conductive carbon black thickener, and special additives. Enhance the lubricity of contact parts, reduce wear, and effectively dissipate static electricity. Good compatibility with metals and non-corrosive to metal materials.

• Effectively reduce the contact resistance of the conductor contact surface, increase the current carrying capacity and save electric energy. The nano conductive essence was applied to the silver-plated contacts of the new high-voltage switch for testing. The electrical contact resistance reduction rate of most similar products at home and abroad is about 10%. The electrical contact resistance reduction rate of the nano conductive essence is more than 25% for the liquid type and more than 28% for the paste type. During current circuit maintenance, the electrical contact resistance reduction rate of the conductor can reach up to more than 90%, which can save more than 60% of the energy consumption of circuit contacts on average. Under high-voltage and high-current loads, the contact resistance between conductors is reduced, thereby reducing the temperature rise caused by heating of the contact resistance and the phenomenon that electrical contact parts are often oxidized due to heat.

It meets the application requirements of bearings in high and low temperature, high vacuum, high load, chemically corrosive environments and components requiring lifelong lubrication. It is widely used in electronics, machinery, nuclear industry, automobile and aerospace industry. It has good lubrication and conductive properties, and can form a conductive lubricating film between electrical equipment and electronic components, thereby reducing friction, reducing wear, and improving the service life and stability of the equipment.
