Robot slewing joint bearing grease

SEIVIO Roelub F266 robot slewing joint bearing grease is refined from high-performance synthetic base oil, thickened with complex soap, and added with special anti-corrosion additives. A long-lasting special grease customized for precision bearings (crossed roller bearings, four-point contact thin-wall bearings, angular contact bearings, etc.) in the rotary joints of industrial/collaborative/humanoid robots. It is used to lubricate the robot base, big arm, forearm, and wrist rotating joint bearings.

• Strong resistance to fretting wear, inhibiting raceway pitting caused by tiny reciprocating swings;
• Low starting torque, low friction and low noise ensure smooth joint movement;
• Under continuous reciprocating swing and start-stop impact, it will not become thinner or hardened due to long-term shear;
• Withstand extremely high contact stress on bearings, resist impact loads, and prevent raceway corrosion;
• The operating torque is stable and the robot's repeated positioning accuracy is maintained for a long time.
