Robot balancing cylinder grease

SEIVIO Roelub F208 robot balance cylinder grease is refined from high-performance synthetic base oil, thickened with complex soap, and added with special anti-corrosion additives. It is a fully synthetic special grease specially used inside the gravity balance cylinder (nitrogen balance cylinder/spring balance cylinder) of industrial robots. It is a special grease for reciprocating micro-vibration conditions. It is mainly used for gravity compensation mechanisms on the shoulders of the big arms of six-axis welding, palletizing, and handling robots.

• Reduce the expansion and contraction friction of the piston rod and spring and reduce the starting resistance;
• It has strong adhesion and is not easy to flow, oil separate or fall off when installed vertically;
• When the robot joint swings back and forth in a small range, it suppresses fretting corrosion and wear;
• It can keep the grease at the return temperature (backflow) and will not accumulate at one end of the balance rod;
• It does not corrode rubber and plastic seals and avoid seal leakage and grease leakage problems in the balance cylinder;
• Ensure the accuracy of robot trajectory and prevent arm shaking.
