Underwater robot propeller grease

SEIVIO Roelub W355 underwater robot thruster grease is refined from high-performance synthetic base oil, thickened with complex soap, and added with special anti-corrosion additives. It is a special grease specially used for propeller bearings, rotating shafts, and O-rings of underwater robots such as ROVs and AUVs. It is a marine waterproof lubricating material and plays multiple roles of lubrication, seawater corrosion resistance, auxiliary sealing, and high pressure resistance.

• Under seawater immersion, deep water high pressure, and water flow, the grease will not be washed away;
• High adhesion, not easily extruded by water pressure under deep water and high pressure, firmly attached to the metal surface;
• Extreme pressure, anti-wear, anti-rust and anti-corrosion: the propeller rotates at high speed, withstands impact loads and protects the bearings;
• It will not harden or drip easily under the environment of deep sea low temperature and motor operation heating;
• Compatible with oil seals, plastics, and cable jackets, it will not corrode seals and internal pipelines.

It is widely adapted to the rotary shaft, sliding bearings, linear screws, gear chains and other moving parts of underwater robot propellers. It can also be used for the lubrication protection of similar friction pairs in marine equipment such as ships and warships. The drive shaft, rolling bearing, oil seal, and O-ring sealing surface inside the propeller are the rotating pair between the propeller shaft and the motor.
