Robot gripper grease

SEIVIO Roelub V175 robot gripper grease is made of high-performance base oil, thickened with special soap base, and refined with special anti-corrosion additives. It is a special synthetic grease specially developed for the small and precise friction pairs inside the end grippers of industrial robots and collaborative robots (including pneumatic fingers, electric grippers, and dexterous hands). The core ensures that the gripper action is responsive and the clamping accuracy is stable, avoiding jamming, abnormal noise, and premature wear of components.

• Significantly reduces movement resistance, ensuring responsive opening and closing of the jaws without any lag or jamming;
• It resists the centrifugal force of the high-speed swing of the clamping jaw, is not easily squeezed and lost, and the low-content oil does not pollute the workpiece;
• Non-swelling, non-brittle PA, POM and other commonly used engineering plastics, suitable for internal multi-material components;
• ‌Protect the tooth surface and rotating shaft under heavy-load clamping conditions, have waterproof and anti-oxidation capabilities, and extend the service life.

It is used in the internal precision transmission components of industrial electric grippers, pneumatic grippers, and collaborative robot dexterous hands, such as micro gears, screw rods, linear guides, bearings, harmonic reducers, connecting rods, knuckles and other kinematic pairs. The function is to reduce friction, protect precision parts, and ensure stable opening and closing of the gripper and accurate positioning.
