Silicone Rubber Grease

SEIVIO Rublue S523 Silicone Rubber Grease uses low-friction PFPE base oil and ultrafine PTFE thickener. It is a specialty synthetic grease for lubricating and protecting sensitive seals such as silicone rubber. It avoids rubber swelling, hardening and aging while providing water resistance, electrical insulation and resistance to extreme high and low temperatures. Compared with conventional mineral-oil greases, it offers strong compatibility with rubber, plastics and metals, helping prevent seal failure caused by grease attack on rubber.

• Does not cause sensitive plastics and rubbers to swell, shrink, crack or discolor.
• Chemically inert, water-resistant and resistant to mild acids, mild alkalis and ultraviolet light; resists oxidation and has low volatility.
• Works reliably in refrigeration, high-temperature ovens and vacuum systems where conventional greases may fail.
• Resists loss of lubrication through evaporation and drying, reduces dust buildup and deposits, and suits long-term maintenance-free components.

Especially suitable for O-rings made from silicone rubber and other rubbers sensitive to most oils and greases. Also suitable for long-life lubrication of metal-to-metal sliding shaft assemblies, O-ring/cylinder friction pairs, O-ring/valve-sleeve pairs, and pneumatic-cylinder piston seals against cylinder bores.
