High performance cylinder grease

SEIVIOCylilub V115 high-performance cylinder grease is refined from high-performance fully synthetic base oil, thickened with soap base, and added with special anti-corrosion additives. Low friction, seal-compatible, water-resistant and anti-crawling, used for long-term lubrication and auxiliary sealing between pistons, sealing rings and cylinder walls.

• Isolate the friction between the piston ring and the cylinder barrel metal to reduce wear and prevent the cylinder from being strained and stuck;
• EPDM/nitrile rubber, polyurethane, and fluororubber are compatible and will not cause the sealing ring to swell, harden, or crack;
• The high-frequency reciprocating motion of the piston forms an oil film to reduce starting resistance and avoid cylinder jitter;
• Not easy to spin off and dry out, suitable for maintenance-free pre-lubricated cylinders, extending the grease replenishment cycle;
• Fill the microscopic gaps in the sealing ring to reduce air leakage and reciprocating noise.

Designed for pre-coating assembly of standard cylinders, rodless cylinders, swing cylinders, solenoid valve cores, and piston rod guide seals, as well as lubricating seals for pneumatic valves, air claws, pneumatic slides, and O-rings. Reciprocating sliding parts between pneumatic cylinders (piston seals, piston rod seals, guide sleeves) solenoid valves, pneumatic valves, pneumatic actuators, metal/rubber, and metal/plastic.
