EPDM rubber grease

SEIVIO Rublue Z730 EPDM rubber grease is refined by using low friction coefficient base oil and adding ultra-fine PTFE. Special grease designed for grease-sensitive polymer materials such as ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber. Its core feature is its excellent compatibility with EPDM rubber, which can avoid rubber swelling, hardening or embrittlement problems caused by ordinary grease.

• The volume change rate of EPDM glue after soaking in 100℃ environment for 70 hours can be controlled at ‌0~5%;
• It has extremely low volatility, does not spread under high temperatures, does not contaminate products, and has high trust;
• The base oil has low viscosity and high content, which can provide extremely low friction coefficient;
• It has outstanding wear resistance, adhesion and water resistance, extremely low friction coefficient, and can form a stable lubricating film on the rubber surface;
• It has good compatibility with rubber contact and will not cause the O-ring to shrink or expand.

It is especially suitable for long-life lubrication of rubber O-rings such as EPDM rubber that are sensitive to most greases, sliding contact shaft assemblies between metals, O-rings and cylinder friction pairs, O-rings and valve sleeve friction pairs, cylinder piston seals and cylinder barrel friction pairs. EPDM sealing rings for valves, pipes, water purification equipment, and sanitary ware; rubber seals for new energy equipment and cable joints; assembly lubrication of rubber/plastic parts.
