Plastic and metal sliding grease

SEIVIOCylilub F523 plastic and metal sliding grease is refined from high-performance base oil, thickened with complex soap base, and added with special anti-corrosion additives. It is a special lubricating material specially designed for plastic-metal friction pairs. It can simultaneously meet the sliding lubrication needs of two materials with different properties, avoid swelling, cracking and other damage caused by ordinary grease to plastics, and at the same time provide anti-rust and anti-wear protection for metal parts.

• It is non-corrosive to common engineering plastics such as nylon, POM, polycarbonate, and can form a stable adsorption oil film on metal surfaces with high surface energy;
• Noise reduction and shock absorption effect‌: The friction coefficient is low, which can effectively eliminate the abnormal noise produced when plastic and metal slide, and improve the smooth operation of components;
• The consistency is stable under high and low temperatures, and does not harden at low temperatures to increase starting torque; it inhibits wear and corrosion caused by fretting friction between metal and plastic.
