High performance skeleton oil seal grease

SEIVIO Skelue 1021 high-performance skeleton oil seal grease uses special base oil and is a newly developed and highly efficient synthetic two-in-one shaft seal ring grease. It is fully compatible with a variety of sealing materials and has almost zero oil separation, even in seawater environments. It is a special grease specially customized for the skeleton oil seals, bearings and other parts of mechanical equipment. Its core function is to form a stable oil film between the oil seal lip and the rotating shaft. It also takes into account the multiple functions of lubrication, sealing and protection, and is suitable for complex working conditions such as high load, high temperature and high pressure.

• It has good contact compatibility with various rubbers and will not shrink or expand, nor will it age or burst;
• Good static sealing and dynamic lubrication properties, and good extreme pressure and wear resistance;
• Avoid direct dry friction between the oil seal lip and the shaft, prevent oil seal deformation and aging, and greatly extend the service life of the oil seal and shaft;
• Relying on a stable oil film to form a fluid sealing barrier, it not only prevents internal lubricating oil from leaking out and polluting the environment, but also prevents external water, sediment, and dust from intruding into the interior of the equipment;
