Low diffusion grease for plastic parts

SEIVIO Rublue U133 low-diffusion grease for plastic parts is made of PAO with low friction coefficient as base oil and thickened with soap base. It is a special grease specially developed for engineering plastic parts and has extremely low oil migration/oil diffusion capabilities. It does not corrode plastics + grease is not easy to flow, crawl, or throw away oil to pollute the surrounding area.

• Contact with sensitive plastics and rubber, no swelling, shrinkage, cracking, or fading;
• The colloid has good stability and extremely low oil separation rate; when affected by gravity, temperature, and centrifugation, the base oil is not easy to migrate outward, crawl, or be thrown out;
• Resistance to the addition of special polar components enhances the affinity between the base oil and the thickener, further reducing the migration driving force of the oil;
• Long-term use will not cause loss of lubrication due to volatilization and drying, reducing dust accumulation and scaling, and is suitable for long-term maintenance-free parts.

Available plastic/plastic, tooth surface (such as POM, PA and PE) or plastic/steel materials, such as: (O-ring) plastic slider, slide rail, screw, rotating shaft, etc. Compatible materials: ABS, PC, P0M, PVC, etc. Especially suitable for office equipment: printers, copiers, shredder plastic gears, slide rails/consumer electronics, audio and video, camera peripherals, car interiors: sunroof slide rails, central control knobs, seat adjustment gears, air conditioning levers, small appliances, toys precision gears, screw rods, rotating shafts, sliders.
