Grease for plastic and rubber parts

SEIVIORublue P303 plastic and rubber parts grease is refined using dimethyl silicone oil with low friction coefficient as base oil and thickened with soap base. It is a special grease developed specifically for plastics and rubber elastomers. Its core feature is that it will not corrode, swell, or embrittle plastics/rubbers.

• Contact with sensitive plastics and rubber, no swelling, shrinkage, cracking, or fading;
• The friction coefficient is extremely low, which can effectively reduce the sliding wear between rubber and plastic parts, and at the same time reduce the "stick-slip" phenomenon during low-speed movement;
• It has good anti-oil separation performance. It is not easy to precipitate a large amount of base oil under long-term standing or repeated movement, preventing oil from spreading and contaminating the surrounding plastic shell;
• Long-term use will not cause loss of lubrication due to volatilization and drying, reducing dust accumulation and scaling, and is suitable for long-term maintenance-free parts.

It can be used to control cables, plug-ins and instruments. Rubber and plastic, metal and plastic, rubber-metal, plastic-metal or plastic-plastic friction pairs. On the guide rail, seal (EPDM), compatible materials: ABS, PP, P0M, PC generally compatible, PVC, etc.
