Chemical resistant grease

Made of perfluoropolyether oil, with linear structure, polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)thicken, useIt is developed with unique technology and refined with anti-corrosion agents and special polymers. It has excellent thermal and chemical stability and inertness。

• 1. It will not react when in frequent contact with strong acids, strong agents, fuels and solvents;
• 2. It can still return to its original grease structure after returning from high temperature to normal temperature;
• 3. The grease will not become thinner or melt, and will remain viscous and stay in the distributed position;
• 4. No coking, no carbon deposits, no smoke, no burning, and can protect the bearings from getting stuck;
• 5. Relubrication of bearings can last for more than 12 months.

Suitable for all types of bearings in strong acid and alkali environments. Lubrication of mechanical equipment, locomotives, pipelines and valves in contact with highly corrosive media such as ammonia, methanol, steam and high concentrations of acids, alkali, salts.
